He will lead all consulting and professional services efforts, including voice of the customer, insight consulting services, support and account management.
Zankman is an experienced customer analytics and business intelligence consultant with a 20-year track record of applying customer insights to improve profitability for some of the largest US and international firms. Prior to joining Overtone, he served as vice president of client services for Utopy, where he deployed voice-of-the-customer solutions. Zankman also led a customer analytics consulting practice at American Management Systems (AMS), a global business and technology consulting firm, where he crafted marketing and retention strategies. He began his career as an operations research consultant at Bank of America. In that role, he performed statistical and financial analyses to develop customer loyalty strategies, set credit and marketing policies, and optimize customer-facing operations.
As a thought leader in customer analytics, Zankman has given numerous presentations at major industry conferences and authored several white papers and articles. He earned a BS degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
